Vanessa Hudgens flaunts her abs in cheerleader costume for Halloween

    No one does Halloween like Hollywood, and Vanessa Hudgens came to play this year. The 32-year-old actress and singer went through a slew of different costumes, including a Halloween-themed cheerleader outfit which was pretty much it.

    “One of the many costumes and of course @ggmagree and I had to do a routine,” the Musical High School alum wrote in the caption of an Instagram video featuring herself and her friend GG Magree in matching outfits.

    In the video, Vanessa and GG make a perfect recreation of a routine Bring it on before posing in their costumes. It’s a little hard to miss the fact that Vanessa’s abs and legs look super toned in her look.

    When she wants to take her workouts remotely, Vanessa is known to do Torch’d virtual workouts with instructor Isaac Calpito. These 45-minute classes focus on weighted dance-based movements to target just about every muscle in your body.

    Before the pandemic, Vanessa praised her love for SoulCycle, recounting Women’s health, “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy.” It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.

    She is also passionate about yoga, which she loves to do three times a week. “I don’t consider this to be a physical form,” she has already said. WH. “It’s more like therapy for me.” Aaand she will also add some Pilates and circuit training into the mix. “I’m really competitive when it comes to fitness. I like being surrounded by people so that I can compete, ”she said.

    Vanessa also enjoys leading an active lifestyle, going out regularly for hikes. She even shared a photo earlier this year of herself on the trails in a bikini, with a hot spring as a final destination.

    Of course, Vanessa eats well too. She said WH that she likes to eat a whole avocado every day and prefers to stick to a low-carb diet. “I need high fat,” she said. “If I don’t eat enough, my body retains the calories. We’ve been trained to think of fat as bad, but it’s so good, a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going all day. It’s the only way for me not to eat carbohydrates.

    Vanessa is also on a pescatarian diet, which means she will have fish but no other meats. “I try to get enough healthy fats, protein, and foods that give me energy,” she said. WH.
